So, I have seen a few tanks with both Fronts and Dats in them. I love both of these fish, and would love to integrate them into the same tank, but is this really a good idea? Would the dats bother the fronts or front fry if I'm eventually going to try to have a breeding colony?
And if it would work, is there a point where it wouldn't any longer? And when would that be?
Thanks for the help

if you plan on breeding then it needs to be a front only tank. I wouldnt add dats if you want to breed. I have kept fronts and dats together with no problems, but they are all in seperate tanks now. I do like them in the same tank but when I got my new tank I didnt want them together and he seems to be happy in his own tank with my bumble bee cats. It can be done.. I dont highly recommend it and I wouldnt if you plan on breeding.
