frozen cockroaches?

anyone tried feeding those farm raised prepacked frozen cockroaches to your flowerhorns?
i heard their nutrients level is 7times of a regular feeder cricket .

just wondering anyone tried ? or anyone knows results ?

No, I feed live cockroaches which I breed.. and yes, they are more nutritious than crickets but it also depends on what the roaches are being fed..
