Frozen fish food help

i like to make my own frozen food, it’s frozen brine shrimp, mysis, daphnia, fish eggs, blood worms, krill, and megamarine along with some flakefood and spirulina, but I’ve noticed that the food loses it’s color when I refreeze it, why is that? Also is the liquid the food is kept in important because there is so much liquid that there’s little food left and the top dwelling fish get the first too fast

Don't refreeze it, you'll lose nutrients. I used a syringe (baster would be better) to deliver food lower down

Ok thanks, I was just wondering because I want to get a variety in all at once, I guess I'll feed all of them in small slices with eachother
