What frozen foods would you recommend for severums.

i wouldn't do brine shrimp, bloodworms aren't that good for them.
I do piscine mysis shrimp (one of the only company with whole mysis shrimp), homeade food with veggies, and once in a while bloodworms.

I use pellets as my staple diet.

Beef heart on occasion is okay.

Sprulina Brine Shrimp are a good treat for Sevs. Fiber and roughage keeps the gut clear as an occasional treat.

My severums love shelled frozen peas.

Nothing like live worms to get sevs into breeding condition. I have a culture of red wigglers
