Frozen Krill for quick growth

I bought a SanFransico Bay Frozen Krill Flat pack. My 6 in FH,7 Jag, 8 Oscar have not accepted it as well as the freeze Dried Krill. Is Krill only for improving coloration or is it also a good protien source for qiuck growth. If not what should I get for quick growth?

TBH its all about what they are used to. If they've had dried for a long time they may take time to switch over. IMO frozen is better than dried for exactly the reasons your thinking.

A good quality High protein pellet should yield the best growth, as the beter the quality the better the ingredients, the less gets wasted. The more the body absorbs, and the protein high naturaly will cause the fish to grow faster, allthough some fish can handle higher protein levels better then others.

I'd recommend New Life Spectrum, or Dainichi pellets. Both are great!
