There is no need to cook them unless you intend to eat a few, simply thaw and use.

I wasn’t planning to cook them. But I think they have been cooked so hen frozen and packaged.

so am I fine to just thaw them and serve them?

yes whether it is raw or cooked.... I prefer thawing in the refrigerator for a few hours or putting in a bowl of tank water for 30 minutes or more (feel if defrosted by squeezing)
