Ok so if a person was able to score a FRT would it just be an accident waiting to happen with reticulated sting rays? And say the turtle is not small to begin with maybe 12 or so inches. Just curious?

with all rays its a gamble... most of the time no problems... sometimes its a nightmare ( only a few bad storys have come my way) there is really only one way to find out how its gonna work

at 12 inch thats the size FRT start to get aggressive

retics have long tails chances are they wont stay long for long

It really depends on the personality of the FRT
Also space is important... I find that FRT tends to be more bad-tempered when it don't have enough space to move around. Also make sure the FRT is well-fed

I also find that a bored FRT is a nippy FRT. Give it some toys to play with like a small driftwood or stone to push around.

Why I say that is because I never have a chewing/nipping problem with my FRTs and they don't even look at my fishes and yeah they leave my rays alone

So good luck :)

I don't think that they can do damage to the inside of the tank.
But about aggression towards your rays... its gonna have to depend on that specific frt.... and your luck. ;)
