FRT HELP NEEDED!

So I have a baby FRT which is around 5inches and everytime it swims or what ever it seems to be that the Butt/tail/backend of the turtle is always up....... and when it is just laying down still the tail is floating in the air?

is this a disease? and what can i do to help it?

Your turtle either has a respiratory desiase or a gas buble in its guts. For reasons not fully understood yet they can also get gas stuck in their body cavity, fortunatly is a rare condition. I would make shure its water is warm enough, sparkly clean and deep enough. If its a respiratory desise you have to go to a vet asap.
