hi i have a 16inch frt i have gravel in the tank but would like to change to white sand what do you think?

Sand is nice, easier to bury themselves in. Were you thinking about adding some crushed coral as well?
Sand would definately be best, as like gr8 said they can burry themselves. Adding some cockleshell would be good, as the calcium will help with their shell formation
