Since I am going to start a kohaku swordtails breeding project in my 15 gallon grow out with my 2 African Buttlerfly fish whch I don't want in their with my kohaku swordtails I am planning to move in to my other 50 gallon tank with other species of polyterus which post no threat to my African butterfly fish aside form my troublesome endlicheri

Can I mix a 3.5" Fly river Turtle with a 7'' endlicheri.

The tank is 50 gal

Thats not big enough at all man.
Like maybe 400 gallons would do...but not 50.
They are both going to outgrow that, and quickly. Sorry man i would have to say no.

it's fine.

expect a few nips here and there, but the turtle will be far too slow to do much damage.

of course, you'll have to upgrade as the years go by and the turtle grows. but that won't be for a few years.

Yes its fine for now. I have a 3" FRT in a 30 gallon. I'll be upgrading as needed in the future.
Its needed NOW;) The tank your keeping your turtle in is to small for a 3 inch slider, let alone a fly

Humm, kind of cramped but will do if you plant to upgrade very soon
