I was rubbing her shell with a rag a while back to clean it off but it got all jacked up and never healed right. Does anyone know what I can do to fix it?

Very nice dollar, make sure that turtle doesn't eat it. LOL

my 2 are like that ... its all good..been like that snice i imported them

FRT carapace's aren't designed for periodic drying. Leave the turtle in slightly brackish alkaline water, Maintain the temp at 80-82F, and place DR Turtle sulpha blocks, as prescribed, to stave off fungal infections. After the proper setup, maintaining clean water and a balanced diet should be all that's needed to keep your FRT happy and problem free.

I just add aquarim salt and his shell seems like its healing

I been putting some salt in there every time I do a W/C still wont heal

Great, you're using the salt. But, I see no mention of getting ahold of the turtle blocks. Sulpha blocks are a must. There are also calcium blocks that will help in strengthening the carapace, plastron, and jaws/scutes. I use cuttlebone in the w/d to offer calcium supplements and vitamin D3 in their supplements to help in the absorption of the calcium.
