Piggy - Male FRT
Shell Length: 8"
Shell Width: 7"
Temperament: Like a rock. He is extreamely lazy, eats and sleeps most of the time (more active during the night) Leaves the fishes alone. Does not even bother to sniff at them.

Shelly - Female FRT
Shell Length: 5"
Shell Width: 5"
Temperament: Active and mischevious. Likes to disturb Piggy when he is sleeping but swims away quickly when he looks at her. She is quite a busybody and is always seeing what the fishes are doing but does not nip or chase. She sleeps at night.

Piggy & Shelly
I just got Shelly recently and was wondering if a comm was even possible at all. In the beginning it was not successful. Piggy kept biting her, so we set up a divider in the tank.

Both of them kept looking and smelling each other through the gap (big enough for them to stick their head through when one day, Shelly decided to escape into the main tank by side swimming out (she did it in front of my eyes!!!)

We monitored the situation and since the both of them did not fight, we left them as they were and removed the partition. So far so good and I hope it stays that way

Gotta love a fish friendly FRT!!!

Keep an eye on those two for future fighting...

Very nice FRT! Hope they breed in the future!

Very nice!  Keep an eyes on them. Separate if they fight, since they could bite limps off each other
