Ridiculous post here, but some may find it helpful … and to those forum members less than 30 yrs old, take note! Some day this will be VERY important to you… :WHOA:

I won’t go into detail, but I’ve never been particularly ‘regular’, if you get my drift. Even as a young boy I’d never have really “good” BM’s, and lately they’ve been getting worse, low volume, so to speak. Not very healthy. Anyways long story short, I’ve been drinking fruit smoothies every day for about a month now, and the difference has been absolutely spectacular :headbang2:headbang2(yes, I’m using the word “spectacular” in a description of going #2!). I now have 2-3 BM’s a day, usually after every meal, and each one is a thing of beauty! I’m talkin’ 2” diameter, 7” long coilers you want to call the wife in to see! :nilly: It makes me wonder where all the “waste” went for all those years when I wasn’t going so well… :screwy:

Anyways, that’s my story of the fruit smoothies. Take it and use it in your life as you see fit. Just thought I’d share some useful health info :)

fruit smoothies=more fiber. How many greens were u eating before? Good to hear your success story...sort of :yuck:

At least 1 salad every day + some sort of fruit like an apple or grapes. Oatmeal in the morning, whole grain bread, all that jazz. I actually was eating fairly healthy... but not enough, I suppose.

bowel movement

The fact is that most people don't eat the way they should. Most people tend to eat when they have time and gorge themselves when they do it. This cycle of gorging and fasting causes the body's metabolism to slow down and results in weight gain, irregularity, etc...but that style of eating is in our culture and Americans are huge because of it.

Eating smaller, healthy meals throughout the day will keep things moving.

Has a lot to do with what you and when too...I usually do carbs and fruit in the morning, that gets me going and gives me energy throughout the day. Meals in between are a mix and dinner is usually protein and vegetables.

Drinking plenty of water helps immensely and helps curb hunger too.
