I have some bumblebee goby fry in my ten gallon tank, and they're about five or six days old. At first, they are free-swimming. However, for a while one of them couldn't swim right. Instead of swimming freely through the water column, it sank, kind of like the adults do. It had difficulty swimming, often whirling through the water, unable to hold itself right side up. Its eyes appear silver, as opposed to black. I wasn't too worried about it. I figured that either it would just die or survive until it became a bottom dweller. Today I added water back in from a water change, using a drip line to reduce the shock to the fry's systems, but now there are two or three other fry that have the same problems. Most of them are fine, but a few sink. The one which I think is the original that had the problem is just kind of floating through the water column face-down.
Does anyone know what's wrong, what I can do to help, what will happen to the affected fry, or how I can prevent this from happening again?
