Fry dieing. The eyes is bulge out.

Hello everyone.
Let me know what is going on with my batch.
Every fry has the same, eyes is bulges out ,redness in head between eyes.
Fry 20 days old and 11 days keep dieing.I'm loosing 4-5 pcs. every day.
It's a internal bacterial infection i think.Erythromycin,kanamycin didn't help.
