Hi,

Was wondering if you guys/gals had any advice on what to feed cytocara moorii fry to speed up their growth.

Currently have about 25 fry (3/4 inch) in a 20 gallon. I do 50% WC everyday. I feed them TetraColor flakes. Would like to put them up for rehoming in a month.

Thanks for your input

[Photo is from a few weeks ago, so they're a bit larger now]

Adding my vote for NLS too. I'm using the small fish formula, and they love it and seem to be growing better than the others I did on crushed flake before I became an NLS follower. lol! I powder the NLS for the newborns, too btw.

GL! :)

You are on the right track with the water changes. I am a firm believer of clean water....Almost to the point that I feel it is more important than diet!!!!! I would definitely ditch the tetra color flakes, NLS is top notch, maybe try some high quality flake food (just crush it really good). I like to give my fry brine shrimp flakes and earthworm flakes. I roll it with a rolling pin, seems to work pretty well.
