Fry getting stuck on sponge filter

I have about 60 wigglers in a 10 gallon tank with a sponge filter...the fry are just starting to swim and kep getting stuck when they crash into the sponge filter. Will they be able to get themselves free when they are stronger or should I intervene?

They still have a bit of their egg sac, so I'm not really worried aboutthem starving yet.
Anyone have any advice, suggestions?

Maybe put a valve on the air line to slow the flow just a bit?

Yeah - the flow sounds pretty strong to do that
