Here's the quick rundown: thinking I'm going to move my Cryptoheros cutteri pair into their own 37 gallon tank to free up room in my 75 gallon. They're a breeding pair so as of now I'm growing out their fry in a 20 gallon tall (24" x 12" x 16"). I was thinking about putting larger more peaceful breeding fish in the 75 to take their place such as swordtails, goodeids, etc. If I were to breed them as well, I'd have to raise both the cichlid and other fish'a fry in the same 20 gallon tall tank. I was wondering how long would the two species last together in such a small tank until one if he species (most definitely the cichlids) get to aggressive and kill the other fish or would they be ok together until I sell them since they're still so young (I'll sell the fry around 3/4-1" for both fish)?
