My female con has begun eating her fry how would it hurt them to siphon them out of the tank?
and if it will how can i get them out?

I think that is the best way to do it. Since fry are so sensitive whenever i tried getting them with a net it never worked, and using the water you siphon them out with to put in another tank works fine. Take the gravel cleaner part of the siphon off and just siphon with hose. Works great unless they are too big. Then you might as well separate the parents.
yeah, I just suck the fry up with a siphon hose...transfer some gravel (for bacteria) to another tank or fish bowl with a small filter...
Or just let her eat them this time.......if she is a new parent it may take a few times for them to get it.
