OK the mbuna Cynotilapia zebroides (old name was afra) Jalo Reef have drab females and juveniles look like females. So until your males get some size they will not show much color. Also if they are hiding they will not have their best colors even when mature. Fearful fish tone down their colors.

Thanks a lot, i guess i will have to wait more time, to transfer them to the main tank.
