Frys are fading

Why are my frys keep fading? it is because of the gene or the set up of my tank. I have blue background with Filter sand and a lot of colorful decoration on it.
Here is the vdo of the frys [YT]gEJnvSzGInY[/YT] 4 out of 10 are faded now. Please Advice

Thanks guys. All the faders I have now have the outline of the flower and they are really red comparing to the ones that did not faded. Also, Do you think Sera Flowerhorn food is a good food for my frys?

I highly recommend New Life Spectrum (NLS) pellets if you can find it..

NLS has too many to pick from. Can you please tell me which ones I should buy. I was at my LFS and have no idea which one to pick so I took Sera Flowerhorn. The Color enhancement, NLS +A or NLS +garlic?

Buy whatever NLS pellet is suitable for the size of your juvies.
