I just received two black/blue arowanas from Rich at Infiniteaquatic in the vendor forum. I thought I would be able to have them get along but it appears they are constantly chasing each other. NO damage to either so far.

The asking price for the 12" is $150, the fish is two days old, you' wouldn't have to pay the $100+ for shipping. Pics below.

would love to get that off your hands but dont have the cash

would you be willing to trade?
I don't know how big your tank is, but I've got a silver aro, maybe better luck? its 16 inches, one dropped eye.
I've also got a gar 12 inches
a pacu 9 inches
iridescent shark and tinfoil barb, 6 inches
all of these fish get along together, but I am trying to free up space.
the gar and aro even rub on eachother and swim together.
I don't know, it might be worth a shot for ya.

I have the cash and the time this weekend. Please PM me and lets meet up somewhere? Im in the South Burbs. PLEASE consider 1 sold!

Um, just a thought. They are still rather small. Are you sure they aren't just kids at play? Are they just chasing each other back and forth? Or are they actually nipping at each other?

Not saying this because I'm a propective buyer.......

Generaly speaking, most varieties of Aro will not co-exist well in a pair. Silvers and Blacks are in this group. It has been done, but not very frequently. Normaly one gets beat up pretty badly and needs to be removed.

I am doing well with 5 in my 450g, would love to add a sixth......
