3.5' long double piped UV sterilizer by aquanetics systems.
The setup was running on two valmount electric balisk and two 35" long uv lights that are the length of the entire thing(hard to see in picture, i took one out and it is sitting right about the uv, starting right by the top inlet). It has two large inlet/outlet with adapters on it for the size tubing that was ran on it. I ran water from my water hose through the system for about 10 min and it didn't have any leaks on the outside or near the bulbs. I would add a new seal to the area with the bulbs just to be safe (dont know how old unit is). It has a sticker on it saying it by aquanetics systems from san diego, but ive heard they are no longer in business?
I Just purchased a new tank two weeks ago and it came with this uv sterilzer that i will not be needing on my new tank. Or so people tell me i won't need it, and the size it for a large larger tank then 250. I guess a double tube 3.5' uv is for really large tanks or ponds. The balisks weren't in the best shape so i was going to add new ones and change the lights (since they say you shoudl replace every year and whipe the unit). So i took them off along with the one bulb, but since i dont need it on my tank ive decided to sell it. One bulb is still in place, along with wiring for the balisk i left all there just cut out the boxes so you can either use it or run new wire the same one.
i paided alot for my tank and my friend told me that uv sterilizers that size arn't cheap. He was willing to give me 100$ for it if no one grabbed it. So if anyone wants it just throw an offer cause i wont be using it at all. If anyone wants it shipped just pm me. If no one picks it up i might just give ebay a try.
