Description:
Acrylic aquarium dimensions: 96Lx30Tx24W, custom stand, new in box FX6, used FX5, new heater module(no heater), all plumbing valves, and anything else I find for it. It's a duel canister system, with airator bulkhead(included) in the center, a pretty cool setup. It was a custom restaurant display; since I've had it, I haven't even had the time to completely clean the thing, and so I've decided to go in a different direction with my critters. Everything but tank and FX5 are new, though sadly dusty. You haul. Location: Snohomish,WA $1,500 OBOView attachment 1335081 20180810_122329.jpg

That's a good deal, good luck with selling :).

Can you explain the dual canister system with aerator bulkhead for me?

Looks like it may need to be buffed out? Any idea of manufacturer or age? Thickness of the acrylic? Dimensions of openings at the top?

Hello, sorry it took me so long to respond. I was busy this weekend. Anyway. There are 3 openings at the top, each is 22.5in long, 12in wide. Thickness of the acrylic is 3/4in. And I'm sorry but I don't know manufacturer (I know it was custom, but don't see a logo), nor exactly how old it is, my guess is a few years? Seams are fine though, and yes there are some scratches (I did state it is in used condition). But it's in better shape than many of my other monster tanks have been. I've attached a diagram of a basic duel canister system, I'd never seen one either! There's modifications you can make and such, picture just gives you the idea.

I hard plumbed my 600 gal with a pr of fx5/6. Intakes towards the bottom with 2" cones and returns towards the top with water inducers for more flow. Works great especially since they have bv fittings biult into the filters assembly. Easily dc to clean out the filter.
