I am selling my custom made acrylic 600 gallon aquarium.
It is in excellent shape, with very few and minor scratches.
It has a black sides and back, with two built in corner overflows.
I paid $4.5K for this 5 years ago.
Since I need the bedroom back, I am downsizing to a smaller tank.
This tank is 8 FEET LONG, 4 FEET DEEP (yes..DEEP!) and 30 inches high.

The depth helped increase bottom area for small sharks, eels, etc.

This isfor TANK ONLY (no covers...never had any, used large sheets of acrylic from home depot) with the built in overflows (black acrylic).

Great for anyone who wants to keep sharks, large fish, restaurant, etc

It is VERY HEAVY....will take 4 guys to carry it...3 to load onto truck.

I used to live in Saratoga, CA...and do make the occasional trip to the bay area. And I have a truck...so it is not out of the question. I would consider it. Not sure how much extra....gas and flight back...would have to be around 250-300

how thick are the acrylic panels? Please post some pics of the tank. I also live in San Diego by the way.
 
I will measure the acylic...maybe 1/2 or 3/4. I know it is think...but not 1 inch as it is only 30 inches high

Pics will be up tonight. My wife left the camera at work...so couldn't so it last night
 
I do not have any filtration....but the tank is plumbed through overflow and with return hoses. I have a large UV sterelizer (might need a new bulb) that I will trow in.
