Selling my favorite fish, not sure exactly sure what type of Flowerhorn it is, but someone mentioned in my other thread that it looked like a blue dragon flowerhorn. Right around 7 inches (maybe slightly bigger?). Have had it for about a year now.

Eats pretty much anything edible. Swallows up pellets so quickly it makes it hard to feed the other fish. He's getting to be too big and aggressive for the tank (which is why he's sectioned off in his own part of the tank), so I have to sell him. Asking $200 (willing to drop price based on level of interest). Buyer will have to bring a net big enough to snatch him up and container for transport.

Thanks!

Hate to pop your bubble, but I don't think you'll be getting a lot of hits with him priced at 200... Glws though

Does this mean in 4 or 5 days he will be free :D kidding. 100-125 is fair for this fish. I would get him if I was close enough and had the room. Good luck with your sale.

idk if you can say you dont know what this fish is....then put a price on it... seems like you're reaching. maybe find out the exact name and then put a price? who knows, you may get more than $200 if its a specific fish that people want

haha possibly. the most important thing is that I do have to let him go and hopefully to a good owner. thanks!

yeah i started a thread in the flowerhorn section of the forum and this was the best answer i could get. i did look up blue dragon flowerhorns and mine seems to fit the look. the lfs that I bought him from didn't have a proper label on him, but he was the most expensive one they had there.

Too bad there's just not much interest in flowerhorns these days. It's a nice one and I would have jumped on it last year.

Good luck.
