Description:I am no longer keeping giant saltwater aquariums and have a couple very high end protein skimmers available. These are german made Bubble King Protein Skimmers.
They are both rated to the same size system 300-800 gallons each. I have run these on systems in the 300-1500 gallon size and have always been extremely satisfied with their performance. These are hands down the best skimmer on the market.
First up is the 300 internal delux. This skimmer has a froze up motor block. Pump head and skimmer body in amazing condition. A replacement motor block can be bought or a whole new pump. Skimmer new is $2200. Due to motor block condition, I am selling for $400.
Second is a supermarin 250. This skimmer is in excellent used condition, pump and motor excellent (same model/size as the delux 300 uses). This skimmer new is $1700. Selling for $800.
I can box and ship on buyer's dime. These are large skimmers so shipping I would expect to be $70-100.
I am located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I will also be heading in the Chicago area Saturday January 28th and can bring along.
