FS: Cichlids and powerheads

Please disregard my other threads as I'm trying to simplify and make just one thread.

All fish are $10 O.B.O. (unless otherwise noted), no shipping

~3-3.5" Female Texas Cichlid
Usually shows a lot of black under its mouth and black bars on the back half of its body (not visible in the pix). It's turning out to be a pretty nice one and showing some attitude, but I need to get rid of some stock.

~3" Mayan a.k.a. Uro, False Red Terror $5 O.B.O.

~4" Midas/RD and Trimac/Flowerhorn
They are looking very good. The Midas/RD is the dominant fish in the tank, but both are perfect except for 1 missing scale on the head of the "Trimac".

(4) AquaClear 301 Powerheads - $15 ea. O.B.O.
Suction cups on glass mount don't hold anymore. See pictures for included accessories (all 301's have same accessories, except 2 don't have airlines).

I would really like to open up this 55, so if anyone is interested, I will lower them to $5 each. I REALLY don't want to take them to the LFS, esp. the midas/rd. My mom is buying my 125 to replace her 55, so she is probably going to take the uro (at least for now) since it's not very aggressive.

My mom put the uro in her tank, but I am willing to give away the Texas and "Trimac" to anyone on here that wants it/them. I really like this Midas, so I'm not ready to just give it away yet. Wish I could get a 75 gallon tank for it.

Hey Paul, I can take the fish. I have an 85g that I'm going some jags out in and would have room for your fish. I can just hold them for a while if ya need me to.

That would be great. I may want the Midas back some day (if I can get another 75, but probably not), but the other two, I probably won't (MAYBE the "trimac"). You can do whatever you want with them (get rid of them, whatever). I would bring them to the meet-up, but they would be out of a tank for too long. We'll figure something out. The 20G is getting too crowded, so I need to get them into the tank the cichlids are in. They are all kind of aggressive, but not too bad. The Midas is def. the worst, but it's calmed down since there are only 2 other fish in the tank right now. I'll actually be getting my other 55 back, but I don't really have a place to set it up as I need to get the 20 going for breeding feeders. Sorry, TMI (too much information), lol.

I never knew selling fish would be so hard...lesson learned, I guess.

Brian is going to take the fish, unless someone else wants any of them. The trimac/flowerhorn was getting beat up, so i divided the tank as soon as I could, but it's tail is pretty much gone and most of the caudal scales are missing (no flesh wounds). hopefully, it makes a full recovery.

This midas/rd is a terror already at only 4.5".


If you buy all 4 of the 301 powerheads, I'll give you a litte $ off or throw in an UGF for a 72x18 tank. I only have the filter plates and tubes (4 are yellow, 4 were never used).

the "trimac" developed some fungus yesterday and i added some more salt and some pimafix and melafix. it shed the fungus and is still alive this morning, but I don't want to give it to anyone in its current state.

Brian is taking the Texas and Midas/RD tomorrow, so all of the fish are spoken for. The "trimac" is being quarantined for its injuries (so far, looks like it's going to make it). I will, however, keep posting pics of the uro as it will need to go in the future as it gets larger and more aggressive, so it's up for sale if anyone wants it (not going to give it away anymore).

Powerheads are still for sale. I also have an UGF for a 125 (72x18 footprint) for sale that I will throw in if you buy all 4 remaining (4 yellowed tubes, 4 clear tubes and 3 plates only).
