I think you should clarify: if it's "first come first serve" then your waiting list is not valid?
I mean, if someone is on your list, don't you go down the list in the order each person was added to it?
If not, why have a list?

Yeah that's the whole point of the list. First people to pm me got on the list for the next available, hence first come first serve. Not too hard to figure out really.
