I got a great deal on Craigslist, a 46 gallon bow front, and it came with a bichir. We love him, he's real healthy and active, but he really needs a larger tank. I think they need a minimum of 70 gallons or so. I don't know what type of bichir he is, but I think bichirs will reach at least 12" in length. He's already about 7"-8". Please don't ask if I can ship him, he is just too large. I don't really know what he's worth, make any offer, I just want him to go to a good home in a larger tank. I'd be willing to trade for him, I'd like a veil tail angel fish, or maybe a peaceful cichlid, driftwood, just let me know what you have. I am in SW Ct.
