FS/FT American Alligator

Looking to sale a 2-2.5 foot American alligator for $150 or trade for a couple of juvenile yellow-bellied slider turtles or any of the following fish:

fw rays (willing to pay the difference if necessary)
large fire eel (at least 14 inches)
any kind of "stable" dats around th 6" range- (asian tiger fish no silver dats)
Possibly some uncommon plecos (depending on what you have)
Or just let me know what you have that you don't want and we might can work something out.

I live approx 2 hours northwest of Chicago (53562).

Yeah...he tries to be tough but once you start grabbing him, he tries to run and get away. I do handle him but he's not the friendliest

But once you have him in hand for a minute or so, he calms down.

yeah i have had a few they acted the same way but never opened their mouth i would give them a lil tap on the nose hehe

nice gator i had one that grew about 4"befor i gave it away.

Yeah I actually had a caimen that grew about that big (4') all through high school and half way through college. I gave it to a buddy when I lived in the dorms (got in trouble for having snakes in my dorm room so I knew the croc wouldn't fly), then it randomly died...at least that's what he told me. I suspected fowl play though! Had it for about 6 years!

ya everything I have read said they are illegal as pets??? what are you going to do with a full grown gater? feed it stray cats?

Don't know where you're reading buddy but you may want to re-check your sources. (Its legal in many places here in the US) And actually, chicken will do...Stray cats are a delicacy

(For you cat lovers, I was just joking)
