Glad to see a distibutor here, I Emailed the good people at Sumo about a year ago and the USA didnt have a distibutor at that time. I will be in touch soon for a shipment.
 
I would not consider any of the flowerhorn foods a staple, many of the big flowerhorners
on the flowerhorn boards preach variety.

Well, variety is always the best however feeding your FH with this and that that you THINK will give them everything they need may not and might be lacking something that will cause more deficiency than just feeding FH food or cichlid pellets. At least pellets are made to at least cover MOST or ALL(Not always o every pellets though) of what your fish needs.

Any quality FH foods or Cichlid foods with occasional krill,shrimp,bloodworms should be your best bet to bring out the 100%.
