I am selling my F1 Moba Frontosa babies. Some are ready to sell. I have several small fry that still need to get bigger, but I am letting folks know that these will be up for sale soon.

I purchased my colony of 10 wild-caught Moba Frontosa from TNT Cichlids in Montgomery County, PA over 18 months ago. These fish are A-1 stock and have produced several spawns of nice F1 fish since Nov. I am keeping a few and selling the rest. They have been eating frozen brine shrimp 2-3x daily and eat like little pigs.

I have a few that will be ready to sell soon (between 1.25" & 1.5") and several others that will be ready in the next few weeks. The 1.25" - 1.5" fish will be $30 each. If you are interested in these ready to pick-up fish or will be interested in others that I am still growing out, pls e-mail me at: rodriguez_r@houworks.com

This variety is hard-to-find. I live in Southwest Houston and would prefer to sell these fish locally. Here are some pics of my breeding colony and my babies.

I am not an experienced live fish shipper so I am really trying to sell these fish locally.

Here is one more pic of my juvies born back in Nov.

What is a "cyntho front" they are all cyphotilapias, are you confused?

Ripdevil, I do have 1 female that gets battered but swims to the refuge of a holey rock cave. With 10, everyone seems to be able to handle themselves. The large tank and all the cover they get seems to really help.

M/L, thanks for the compliment. The mobas are really special fish and hard to breed. I have been very fortunate to have great stock (TNT Cichlids), have fed them the good stuff and given them 50% weekly water changes.

I sold all my $30 F1 Moba fry this weekend to 2 really great members here. I have 13 moba fry that are less than 1" that I am selling for $25/each. They are eating great, very healthy and will turn out to be some spectacular fish.

If interested, post here or e-mail me at: rodriguez_r@houworks.com
