7.5-8" Weeksii Bichir - Very Cool Fish. $60, seen this size online for anywhere between $60-100, never seen in a LFS
I have had it for 18 mo. and raised it from about 5" so it is a fairly slow growing fish
Very healthy and eats sinking cichlid and massavore pellets, raw market shrimp and tilalpia and the occassional live feeders
Actually a quite peaceful fish and not aggressive at all towards other medium to large fish, just will eat the small ones if they wander in front of him. It can easily eat any tank mates smaller than 3" , if it fits in its mouth it will eventually eat it.
I have moved it into the hospital tank so I can get pics and get it sold, Not the greatest pics from my phone but you get the idea of its markings and the white spots are simply the sand she kicked up
