Hey guys,

I've also got 3 female PARKINSON’S RAINBOWFISH Melanotaenia parkinsoni for $10 each.
All 3 are from different stock, and are proven breeders. I do not have a male any more, and have decided to discontinue keeping this species as I'm concentrating on the much smaller blue-eyes.
The largest femal got caught behind a rock the other day, and as a result has a cloudy eye, though she is otherwise very healthy!
The male looks like this:

My girls look like this:

They are fully grown at about 13cm, but are very peaceful and great in a community tank. You'll notice I keep them with my Dwarf Neon Rainbowfish, a much smaller species.

Also I have a pair of fully grown Empre Gudgeons H. compressa for $20 the pair. This pair has spawned once, but I failed to raise the fry.
Here is a photo of a male in breeding colour:

This is not a photo of my fish, though my boy does colour up like this.

Cheers
Tony

The sizes are on all of them (except the Empire gudgeons who are full grown at about 10cm).
All rainbows are small, even the big ones don't get over 13-15cm.

do you ship? or where you located?
i'd like a bunch of those snails if you have alot. i live in Socal.

Mate,
I'l happily ship, but I live in NSW, Australia! I take it CA means California, USA.
I'm guessing the price would be restrictive, and I don't know what your customs laws are like. We certainly can't import anything live into this country without spending months in quarantine (almost all the PNG rainbowfish are completely barred from importing here!)
