Both of these pumps are brand new. I got them a week ago for my wet/dry. The 1350 was too strong lol and the 250 was too weak. I tossed the boxes so I cannot return them now 
The 1350GPH pump is a JEBO and the 250GPH pump is a Magdrive (I think....don't really remember, I got it from my LHS).
The 250 pump cost me ~$60 from my LHS, the 1350 pump cost me ~$70 from EBAY. The 250 pump is SILENT. Virtually no noise at all, just too weak to run my wet/dry for a 125gal tank. The 1350 pump isn't too bad, but it is louder. However, it is also strong as HELL.
I am just going with an XP3 cause my homemade wet/dry wasn't what I planned.
The 1350 pump I will sell for $55 shipped, the 250 pump I will sell for $40 shipped.
I will sell both pumps for $85 shipped!
I need these gone fast since I have an overstocked 125 and I will need the extra filtration asap. BTW, I am in Baltimore MD.
