Too bad your so far away, I just picked up about a 40ish gallon wet/dry rated for a 250 gallon tank with a 1200 gph pump(not huge but good enough). Store bought. Would trade right now =\

Only down fall of it is no tops =\, you would need to buy egg crate but i do have bio balls in it. Ill get pics for a better look. it is 35 gallons i just measured.

don't remember what i bought this one for. T5 and T8's sell for a decent amount, the large halident light fixtures sell for BIG $$$.
