Up for grabs is a two head red ear slider. Eats good! Asking $795 Located in S.F. CA

they usually have health and physical issues and most dont live long...but if they do and some do...they command a high price...GL with the sale

Why you selling such a nice rare turtle?

He was serious as well,I'm sure.I think he really wants to know why your so interested in why he wants to know.

If he's considering buying it he has a right to know why it's being sold, esp before he shells out almost $1k for it.

In fact,I am interested in a possible purchase as well but am also curious as to why it is being sold. For example, does it get around well?

I was serieus. If you are, why do you want to know the reason for selling? Be glad he is and pm him with your offer....

I actually pmed him this morning. To answer your question, the reason why somebody is selling a fish/turtle etc. can make a big difference as to whether or not a buyer is able to take care of it.

Perhaps the turtle doesnt get along with other turtles? Maybe the turtle was injuried or sickly? Maybe he just wants some Xmas money or needs more room? Maybe the turtle is not fish friendly? (not that most turtle are)etc.

Another question to ask is what does "eats good" mean? Are we talking feeders? Pellets? etc.?

My point is that the reason why a seller is sellingsomething can sometimes give you an idea about the fish/pet you are buying, such as previous housing conditions, tempermant, etc...

Lets not derail this any further..... Let buyers ask questions. The rest, keep out. Thanks for your cooperation.
