LMAO @ people thinking the money you spend feeding a fish means it's *worth* that much...

Idiots... Even just the logic is idiotic.

A decent size black Aro is worth a pretty penny but not $500...

i should contact him about selling him my 1974 Yugo that i put gas in for the past 30+yrs and all that repair money. that should add up to about $30k to $40k easy. or i should find a car that was involved in an accident that killed someone and the insurance paid out large amount of money and the owner went to jail for. that should worth even more by the same logic as the fishes the aro killed. you think $30k for my Yugo is ok? the price is negotiable like the aro of course. mind you that i do have a trash pile next to my house where i keep the Yugo so i'm not in a hurry to sell. no lowballing:ROFL:

yeah but by that same logic u could trade him almost any fish that has "acquired" that man expenses lol

You never know maybe rich Chinese who own a restaurant buy it to display their Tank for customers to see .I know that decent size black Aro is worth at least $300.

no, they're not worth that, they're worth what the market says they're worth. 3 years ago a 12in endli sold for no less than 100 bucks. now they're going for 40 if you're lucky. i've seen black aro's on here at that size sell between 175-225 a couple times. very few people have a tank large enough to hold that fish and those that do know that its hard as hell to unload them so they usually end up taking less than they want.

bigger fish is pain, i had 22" silver arowana, couldnt sale it even for 50$ finally gave it away for free, arowanas gets too big to keep in the tank,
