The ballast came with a tank that I purchased recently but I already had fixtures. Seems like it would work with any stand flourescent bulb like T10 and T8 Got no idea what its worth, I'm open to trades for equipment or fish trades as well. Just tested it and it works but the casing is a little beat up.
