Fugu Puffer P/u or M/u 90601 Socal

Ok I have this Fugu puffer for a while now. 2 weeks to be exact. It has not been fed since I aquired it. I know its supposed to be in brackish/marine.
I got it from the Blood drive raffle For R1_Ridah. Reason its in a fully freshwater tank and it looks miserable/ Zombie in my tank. My mom is still trying to convince me to keep him. \
