Full Grown Silvers~!

Biggest i have seen, in a photo link below.
Never seen one bigger than 9 inch in home tank.

Well this is mine-apologise for the pants picture. Don't have a good camera.
The Silver is just under 10"-kept in full fresh the whole time. Eat all day if you let it. For comparison the Climbing Perch next to it is 4". The Silver is unstable at times but when feeding goes very stable. Interestingly its a fat but at the same time more elongate Tiger than that big one in the photo posted earlier. Its not a deep Tiger at all compared to my Thinbars and Indo.
Don't care if no-one believes its size-I'm not going through the hassle of catching and taking it out just to put it against a tape measure. When I upgrade the tank next year and have to catch it then I'll get pics next to a ruler-by then it should be hitting the foot mark or more

Awesome picture man. I absolutely love my little guy. He is slowly becoming my favorite fish. And if he turns out anything like that fish in those pics in that link i will be thrilled!

I 'd say it looks 9 - 10 inch based on how thick he is.
and yes, AT' s have very little height growth, unlike IT, ST . (NTT and NGT have sim,ilar height growths, not as much as IT & ST). I reckon itll be 2 years till its 12 inch.
