fully aquatic turtles?

I don't believe there are turtles that are fully aquatic. Closest thing would be a fly river turtle.

Pretty much any turtle can potentially attack/eat fish. Fly river turtles, snapping turtles, softshells.

Matas and fly rivers (pig nose turtles) do not need land and can be kept with fish. Solitary aquatic turtles include alligator snapping turtles and soft shells.
