Hey so, I'm getting kinda bored of my aquarium and I want to heavily plant it.
I have a 10-12 inch plec and a 4 inch scomb in the 55 gallon I plan to convert.
During this conversion I plan to keep them both in a 30 gal.
Quick questions, has anyone done this before? Anything I should look out for?
Will I require reptile style UV lamps?
The aquarium is located in my basement.
Also on a quick note, I noticed the thin layer of silicone that is on either sides of the glass giving in, small air bubbles are forming and it seems to be losing it slowwwly.
Haven't experienced any leaks.
Should I be concerned about this? Pics included.
