Well the fumes from building a saltwater plywood tank hurt or damage my other tanks in the room.

I don't like applying polyester resin or solvent based epoxy paints (like Sweetwater) indoors much less in fish rooms but I do know people who have done it. If you're doing the sealing indoors I wouldn't recommend those products anyways and instead would (personally) use a 100% solids epoxy resin which would be safe to use.
