Fun setup for 20 gallon aquarium

I have a cycled 20 gallon tank with nothing in it at the moment. Previously FW inverts in there. Looking to possibly try something different. Any suggestions?

I would say a single angel but I think a20 is a bit small ,maybe a gourami(blue or gold)andsome bloodfin tetras

you could do a salt tank. and (sorry to derail) but where in ct are you from.

Orange. Salt is too much work at the moment. Just looking for something fun and easy to do for my bedroom tank.

Might go the dwarf cichlid route. Rams are nice. Apistogrammas and really cool too.
