Noticed these weird spots now some of his fins seem to be getting worse literally came out of no where got him beat up from a lfs he headed up fine now this

Nitrite is 0
Ammonia is slightly up no more than .25
Nitrate is 10
Definitely add some salt. The vast majority of fungus like infections is actually mold infections. True fungal infections are pretty rare. Salt will kill the mold and help him heal. Watch for secondary bacterial infections
It looks like your flowerhorn has fin rot as well. Now you have 2 fungal infections to deal with. If it is with tankmates then put him in a quarantine aquarium and do a 75% water change. Also tell us about your fishes behavior so we can better diagnose your fish. For example is he scraping himself on decorations or is he less active and lethargic and stuff like that.
