Fungus on fish??

My sailfin molly has like... fungus, not ick on her head. How do I get that off?

Water changes and add some salt. If it doesn't get rid of fungus, can use meds.

Could you please post pics of the affected area? A lot of bacterial cases are often misdiagnosed as fungus. I'd post the pics if I were you to be certain of this issue.

Tank size?
Tank mates?
Water parameters?
Filtration?
What do you normally feed these fish?
Temperature?
Maintenance?
