my fence lizard has white fluffy fungus growing on its nostrils, i wiped it off, and it came back, what is it and what do i do please

yes he is WC

May be just some salt deposits:D Dont forget lizards control their ions level by excreating some in the urine and some by the nouse. Its completly normal and comon specialy on lizards related to iguanas, wich is the case;) RI is a more mucous looking hillness

maybe its natural....... its gone now......... ill tell u if it comes back

I would agree with the others, check your temps, could be a respitory infection, can you tell us about the enclosure?

im assuming u own four turtles..... all brothers........... :P

anyway..... the enclosure has reptibark, 1 stick, 1 plant, and a water bowl

i keep it somewhat dry as its a fence lizard, and he is under a light

what kind of light? does it have the proper uva/uvb output? do you also have a basking light? what are your temps? cool side/warmside? night time temps?
