fungus or parasite and how to treat?

Tough to see without a good close-up... Is it a white fuzz, or more like bumps? Fuzz is usually a body fungus, plenty of good treatments available at any LFS. White bumps could be some kind of lice, mites, or flukes. They're tougher to treat, but it can be done.

Jake, flukes cannot be seen without a microscope. These are not quite visible by the naked eyes. These are not fish lice at all.

Maddd, could you please get some closeup shots? They look like infected injuries to me.
